Equipos y técnicas instrumentales avanzadas de las que dispone el grupo:
Mi grupo actualmente no dispone de un difractómetro, lo que nos permitiría ofrecer a la comunidad universitaria andaluza un servicio de determinación estructural de proteínas. Se ha solicitado en la última convocatoria.
Si dispone de un instrumento de medidas de la dinámicas de la dispersión de la luz (DLS) orientados a la medidas en proteínas. Este instrumento permite medir tanto el tamaño de las partículas de proteínas así como sus estados de agregación/masas moleculares.
Por supuesto disponemos de todo el equipamiento necesario para la purificación y cristalización de proteínas.
